Candidates should have at least 18 months post-registration experience in an acute setting, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for patient-centered care and team collaboration. In this role, the Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse will support the band 7 nurse in leadership responsibilities, ensuring high standards of patient experience and safety while fostering a positive work environment.
