Job description
The post holder will work independently under the direction and guidance of a registered nurse in order to provide efficient and effective evidence based nursing care to patients in their own homes. He/she will work in partnership with team members, service users, general practice staff and other agencies.

We require a Healthcare Assistant to work within the Community Nursing Service to provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients in their own homes. The ideal candidate should have experience working within a Health Care setting, be compassionate and able to communicate effectively with patients.
All candidates must have a clean driving license and use of a car for work purposes. Once recruited staff can take advantage of our child care facilities.

The Trust was formed on 1st August 2through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.
