Alcedo Care is seeking dedicated Mental Health Support Workers in Runcorn to provide exceptional care for adults and children with complex mental health needs in the community. Candidates should preferably hold an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Child and Young People's Mental Health or an equivalent qualification. The position involves variable 12-hour shifts, including weekends, and responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks such as medication management, attending appointments, and promoting independence and recovery among clients.

Ideal applicants will possess experience in mental health support or be willing to receive comprehensive training. A positive attitude, compassion, and resilience are essential qualities. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required as the role involves community support.
