The role of Service Supervisor at Bon Accord Care involves leading and participating in the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care and support across various accommodation settings in Aberdeen. This permanent position requires 37 hours of work per week and emphasises the promotion of dignity, respect, choice, and independent living for service users. The successful candidate will play a key role in organizing and developing the service and team, ensuring positive outcomes for both service users and their carers.

Candidates must have an SVQ Level 3 qualification, be a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme, and demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, and maintain accurate records. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential, alongside the capacity to provide leadership and support to staff.
