York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a committed Band 6 Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse to join our incredible team on Ward 25, a dynamic surgical urology ward that will soon expand to care for gynaecology patients. As we transition to a state-of-the-art facility in May, this is your chance to shape an environment where excellence in patient care flourishes. If you have a minimum of two years’ experience at Band 5 and are on your journey of leadership development, we invite you to step into a role where your expertise will directly enhance the hospital experience for our patients.
