This is an exciting opportunity to come and join the Divisional Administration Team in the NHS Golden Jubilee University National Hospital (GJUNH) on a permanent basis.
This administration role lies within in our cross divisional team which support the clinical services which operate within the Hospital, including ophthalmology, orthopaedics and general surgery. Working as part of the team, and reporting the Divisional Administrator Team Leader, you will support the Service Managers & Directors in administration tasks & diary management while managing Rotas for Clinicians & other hospital staff. Efficient processing of SSTS is also key to the role.
You will be required to use your own initiative, in managing your workload, while regularly changing priorities within a fastpaced office environment.
