The role of Clinical Education Facilitator at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust involves supporting students and newly qualified staff in a compassionate and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organized Band 6 registered nurse who will focus on facilitating preceptorship for newly qualified clinical staff, including bands 4 and 5, and managing the placement experience for diverse learners. Responsibilities include engaging with various learners, responding to inquiries, handling sensitive information with empathy, and coordinating educational delivery in collaboration with clinical managers and services.

The position aims to enhance the educational experiences of pre-registration students and facilitate their development while ensuring alignment with the Trust's standards. The Clinical Education Facilitator will work closely with other education facilitators and clinical areas to deliver effective education programs and support the widening participation agenda within the local population.
