The Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for the role of Business Support Manager within the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Division, located in Caerleon. This position, which is a 6-month secondment, is exclusively open to current employees of the Health Board. The successful candidate will coordinate business functions across the division, support key objectives in collaboration with the Divisional Senior Management Team, and provide administrative support to the Divisional Director. Responsibilities include secretarial tasks for senior meetings, project management for critical work streams, and leading small projects as necessary. The role emphasises partnership with other business support staff to ensure efficient operations.

Applicants should possess a degree or equivalent experience, along with extensive IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Key experience requirements include people management, project support, and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication abilities, strong organisational skills, and the capacity to work independently and analytically under tight deadlines. Knowledge of administrative processes and experience with data management are also valuable.
