Cardiff University is seeking a dedicated Centre Supervisor to assist with the management and operation of its sports facility. This role, reporting to the Sport & Fitness Manager, involves supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, overseeing facility bookings, ensuring health and safety standards, and organizing sports-related activities. The position is available in both full-time (35 hours per week) and part-time (28 hours per week) capacities, with a focus on providing a safe and welcoming environment for users while promoting service development and performance management.

Candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality of the facility, delivering sports instruction, and participating in marketing and promotional activities. The role offers a starting salary of £24,600 per annum (pro-rata for part-time), generous holiday allowance, and various staff benefits, including pension schemes and discounted sports memberships.
