The role of "Out of Hours Sister/Charge Nurse - District Nursing" at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust involves providing high-quality specialist nursing care to patients in community settings during out-of-hours periods. The post holder will exercise clinical judgement and decision-making, maintain accurate documentation, and support the development of junior team members while managing their own patient caseload. They will also take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the team leader, ensuring adherence to nursing policies and clinical standards.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care, particularly for those with urgent and complex health needs.
