NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Peer Support Worker for the Esteem Early Intervention Psychosis Service in Glasgow. This part-time role (10 hours per week) involves utilizing personal recovery experiences to support individuals facing mental health challenges, fostering hope, and aiding their recovery through building meaningful relationships. The position requires individuals with a background in overcoming mental health issues, resilience, good communication skills, and empathy. The successful candidate will also contribute to the ongoing development of the Peer Support Worker role and participate in group activities to connect with service users.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and is flexible according to patient needs.
