An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Band 5’s in the High Dependency Unit at the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital.
We are looking for motivated staff nurses who have completed a new graduate nurse programme, or equivalent, and have significant relevant experience to join our enthusiastic team, if you have previous experience within a High Dependency setting that would be advantageous.
HDU is a purpose built 4 bedded unit within RACH accepting patients from 0-16 years as elective or emergency admissions from all specialties.
HDU is predominantly a step up unit with strong links to Edinburgh and Glasgow Paediatric Intensive Care units.
We have 2 temporary 11 month contracts available, 1 full time (37 hours per week) and 1 part time (23 hours per week)
