Zental is seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Lead Dental Nurse to join their modern three-surgery private dental practice in Barnet. The successful candidate will collaborate with a skilled multi-disciplinary team, providing chairside assistance, supervising other dental nurses, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities also include managing staff schedules, mentoring junior nurses, maintaining patient records, and working towards delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and calm environment.

Applicants should have a GDC registration, a minimum of 7 years of experience in a dental practice, and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
