The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Overseas and Chargeable Patients Service Coordinator at Saint Mary Hospital. The Coordinator will work collaboratively across various teams and services, conduct patient interviews, gather required documentation, and manage a case load while maintaining detailed records. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, as the Coordinator will interact with patients, staff, and external stakeholders through various mediums. The position also requires resilience and empathy, as the Coordinator may encounter emotionally challenging situations.
