Care Assistant for a teenager P/T @ £14.00/hr in PR8 - FTE - £27.3k

We are looking for female PA support for our lovely 16yr old daughter who has significant learning and physical disabilities.
The support required includes but is not limited to; changing clothes, washing or bathing, changing and personal cares.
Administering some food, fluids and medicines via a gastrostomy.
Use of slings and hoist for transfers, training will be provided.
Feeding meals and snacks orally.
An awareness of seizures and use of rescue medication although training will be provided.
The hours we require vary between school, weekends and school holidays. We require support in the mornings, evenings and during the day at weekends and school holidays.
