Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Clinical Psychologist to join the Attachment and Trauma Team within the Psychological and Mental Health Service (PAMHS). This multidisciplinary team focuses on supporting children facing complex trauma, attachment issues, and the effects of abuse and neglect, as well as those with challenging neurodevelopmental and mental health issues. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver evidence-based treatments, and potentially contribute to other services in the department.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated clinical psychologist to join the Psychological and Mental Health Service (PAMHS). The post will primarily be in the Attachment and Trauma Team which is a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychotherapist, family therapist and clinical psychologists.
The team works with children with complex trauma, attachment difficulties and a background of abuse and neglect who are presenting with a range of neurodevelopmental, mental health and behavioural difficulties. We also see children with complex and perplexing physical presentations and those with trauma symptoms relating to their medical treatment. The team carries out comprehensive assessments and provides a range of evidence-based treatments to children and young people and their families.
