Xtreme Communications is seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join their team in Newhaven, East Sussex. In this role, you will provide personal care and support to vulnerable and elderly clients in their homes, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life. The position offers a guaranteed salary option of £28,700 for a 40-hour work week, with pay rates ranging from £13.00 to £15.00 per hour, enhanced weekend and bank holiday pay, a £500 welcome bonus, and mileage reimbursement.
Applicants must hold a full UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle, as transportation is required for community visits. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, light housekeeping, and monitoring their well-being. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
