The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a flexible and experienced Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join their Evening District Nursing Service in Manchester, working from 5:30/6 pm to 11:30/12 am. This role involves delivering immediate and ongoing nursing care to patients in their homes, assessing and planning care in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient safety and care. The position requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work autonomously, and effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals. A valid driving license and access to a car are essential.
