Bluebird Care is seeking a Full Time Care Assistant in Liverpool to provide high-quality, compassionate care tailored to the needs of their clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing, medication assistance, dietary support, light household duties, and promoting overall health and well-being. The role requires individuals who are caring and patient, with a full UK driver's license, access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK.
The position offers a competitive pay rate of £13.75 on weekdays and £14.25 on weekends, along with a 30p mileage allowance, 28 days of holiday pro rata, and a comprehensive training program including a 12-week mentorship. - Providing personal care duties such as showering, dressing, toileting and continence care.
- Administering/assisting with medication
- Support with any dietary needs and fluid intake
- Manual handling, using equipment where necessary
- Light household tasks such as hoovering, laundry and dishes
- Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
