The role of B7 Clinical/Counselling Psychologist at HwC Ventures in Epsom involves working within the Intensive Support Team, which provides therapeutically-informed assessments and interventions for individuals with dementia in care homes. The successful candidate will engage with various stakeholders, including patients, families, and care home staff, using their expertise to address challenging behaviors and unmet needs. The position requires taking a leadership role in training and supervision, promoting a whole-system approach to dementia care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across various sectors.

Candidates should possess a Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and be registered with HCPC (or obtain registration within six months).
