Your Mission as a Pharmacy Assistant
As a Vital Member Of Our Team, You Will
- Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining meticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
- Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
- Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
- Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills; displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
- Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative work setting.
- Computer literacy, comfortable with learning and utilising various pharmacy software systems.
- Outstanding communication traits, ability to problem-solve, and the initiative to adapt quickly in a bustling environment.
