The Ward Administrator at Brighton & Hove Clinic will play a vital role in providing day-to-day administrative support within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on young people aged 12 to 18 with eating disorders and other mental health conditions. Key responsibilities include managing ward diaries, updating patient information, taking minutes, arranging meetings, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records. The administrator will also assist in staffing logistics, including monitoring rotas and training compliance, ensuring efficient operation and communication among staff and external agencies.
