City Therapies Admin Team, Links Resource Centre, City Hospital site, Urquhart Road, Aberdeen
Band 3 (£26,869 - £28,998), 14.5 hours per week, Monday (8.30am 4.30pm) and Friday (8.30 4.00pm)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced part-time Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support to the Domiciliary Allied Health Professional Services at City Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with excellent time management. The successful applicant will be friendly, approachable, and capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
The successful applicant will have a good standard of education, proficient keyboard skills, and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience of PMS is preferred but it is not essential.
This demanding and rewarding role involves collaborating with both clinical and administrative staff in a fast-paced office environment, where attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality are essential. The right candidate will find this position both challenging and highly fulfilling.
