The Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced nurse to take on the role of Ward Manager for Regency Ward, a 19-bedded male acute in-patient ward located in Hove. This position is open to both current Band 6 and Band 7 nurses who are passionate about delivering high standards of care and fostering a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to implement positive changes while upholding professional boundaries according to the NMC code of conduct.

The Ward Manager will play a vital role in leading a dedicated Multi-Disciplinary Team and ensuring a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
