Sylvian Care, a family-owned home care provider, is seeking a full-time Care Professional in Fleet to deliver personalized care services, including Personal Care, Dementia Care, Medication Management, and Companionship. The position requires working Friday to Sunday and every other Monday, totaling 30 hours per week. The Care Professional will assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their well-being and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
