We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join the Hospital at Night Team working across all clinical areas within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Successful candidates will have previous or current secondary care experience at Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker level (or equivalent).
A friendly caring disposition with strong communication skills is essential. The post-holder should have the ability to prioritise workload having the initiative to function independently and as part of a team.
Successful applicants must be able to work day and night shift hours and integrate into the Hospital at Night Team within medicine and unscheduled care. Work is predominantly night shift hours 1845 -with ability to cover weekdays and weekends.
Successful candidates will be provided with training and education to support their development to perform ECG, blood sampling and cannulation.
Candidates must also remain up to date with Statutory and Mandatory Training.
