The University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their Patient Safety Improvement Team. This pivotal role will focus on implementing and delivering the Managing Results Group’s safety improvement plan, particularly in relation to the patient safety incident response framework (PSIRF). The project manager will be responsible for leading various initiatives, ensuring appropriate follow-up on radiology and histopathology reports, and supporting the execution of recommendations from the Royal College of Radiologists. Essential qualifications include a strong background in change management, quality improvement, and project management, along with analytical skills to evaluate project outcomes.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leaders across the Trust and external stakeholders, managing the project's scope, timeline, and communication strategy. Responsibilities include oversight of budgeting, data collection, and reporting progress to the Managing Results Group, ensuring safety improvement priorities are met effectively.
