The Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Social Worker to join their North Manchester Specialist Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). This role is integral to the transformation of mental health services towards a community-based model and emphasises a strengths and asset-based approach to support individuals' recovery. The Social Worker will be responsible for conducting high-quality assessments, creating person-centered recovery plans, and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective social care that upholds the human rights of service users.
