Position: Part-Time Housekeeper
Location: Forest Row RH18
Hours: 30 p/w Mon to Fri
Rate: £15 p/h

Part-Time Housekeeper Wanted for a Young Family in Forest Row
A lovely young family are on the hunt for a part-time housekeeper to join their 5-bedroom home in Forest Row!
The family currently use contract cleaners but looking for the long-term solution of a housekeeper to join the family. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be looking for their next long-term position.
The children are ages 5 and 4 years old and have a part-time nanny for when they are not at school. However, the candidate may be asked to assist with the children if necessary, whether this be picking up from school in the afternoon or helping to prepare dinner.
The daily housekeeping duties will consist of:
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised and able to get on with the job in hand without direction.
A driver is essential, and an automatic car is provided during work hours.

- Cleaning the home by mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping down and sanitising surfaces
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and household stock
- Keeping the home tidy and organised eg. Kitchen cupboards and wardrobes
- Dealing with contractors and showing them around the house
- Dealing with deliveries
- Running errands (if necessary)
- All laundry and ironing, including care of delicates, putting away clothes
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised and able to get on with the job in hand without direction.
