The role of Education Programme Officer with NHS England's Wessex Postgraduate and Medical and Dental Education (PGMDE) team involves providing comprehensive administrative support, aimed at enhancing postgraduate medical and dental training across regions including Hampshire, Dorset, Isle of Wight, Salisbury, and Jersey. The position, based in Southampton, requires the successful candidate to engage with various stakeholders such as NHS Trusts, GP practices, and medical colleges while taking a lead role in processes like the Annual Review of Competence Progression (ARCP) and managing specialty training programs. The role demands strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an expectation to work from the office at least two days a week.

Applicants should possess a degree or equivalent experience, alongside demonstrated proficiency in managing projects in complex environments.
