The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic Staff Nurses to join its District Nursing Teams in North Trafford. This role entails providing complex care to adults in their homes and various community settings as part of an Integrated Neighbourhood Team, which collaborates with GP Services to enhance patient care. Registered General Nurses in this position will have opportunities for career progression to Band 6 and further education in Community Specialist Practitioner qualifications.
