The successful candidate will be joining a small, fast paced and highly flexible HR team at an exciting time with the launch of new recruitment across the country, as well as a full HR system review. No two days will be the same and, as HR Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the organisation on recruitment, providing accurate and timely reports and implementing scheduled system changes in our HR platform, iTrent. You will also lead on maintaining and providing accurate payroll information on a monthly basis. This is a highly collaborative role and you’ll be expected to proactively work with managers to support them on recruitment, queries and advice on policies and procedures. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with other members of the team on recruitment, system and process reviews.

You’ll enjoy working with systems in recruitment, reports and organisational data and have a keen eye for detail and ways to improve processes. The successful candidate will have experience working in a previous HR role and have experience of recruitment, HR systems and reporting.
