NHS Scotland is seeking a Social Care Worker for a part-time position at Bayview House Care Home in Thurso, aiming to support vulnerable adults in a residential setting. The role involves leading a team, ensuring residents' comfort, and contributing to their care, all while working within a multi-disciplinary team. Candidates should have experience in social care, ideally holding an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or a commitment to achieve it within five years. Strong communication skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to respond effectively in unpredictable situations are essential.

This permanent position requires 18.60 hours of work on a rolling three-week rota, with additional pay for weekend and out-of-hours shifts.
