Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teaching staff to raise the standard of teaching and learning, adapting resources to meet the unique needs of each learner.

What Theyre Looking For

• Qualification: A relevant qualification in Education, Special Needs, Psychology, or a related field is preferred (e.g., NVQ, BTEC, or degree).
• Experience: Previous experience supporting adults or young people with challenging behaviours is essential, whether in a professional or personal capacity.
• Personal Care: Willingness to provide personal care assistance is required.
• Personal Experience: If you do not have formal experience, personal experience (e.g., supporting a family member) will be considered.
• Attitude: Passionate about raising the standard of teaching and learning, with a proactive and positive approach.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• You might have a degree but limited professional experience, as long as you can demonstrate personal experience with special needs or challenging behaviours.
• You may have worked in care settings, special schools, or similar environments and are eager to grow your expertise.
