Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Older Peoples Service Manager in Tameside, Ashton-Under-Lyne, to lead the newly established community services focused on the older population. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic, strategic thinker with experience in older people's mental health services and community services. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are essential to drive transformation and service development while fostering a supportive and patient-centered environment for both staff and service users.

The role involves operational coordination and management of the Older Peoples Community Mental Health Services, collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Associate Director for Mental Health and integrated Local Care Organisation. The successful candidate will promote a culture aligned with the Trust's values and is expected to be part of the Bronze On Call Manager Rota.
