CrossReach is seeking a compassionate Care Worker in Stonehaven to join their multi-disciplinary team dedicated to enhancing the lives of older individuals. The role involves supporting service users by managing care plans, assisting with personal and intimate care, and ensuring a high standard of their living environment. Key responsibilities include responding to emergencies, liaising with health professionals, and adhering to CrossReach's policies while demonstrating Christian values. In this role, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to support service users' needs, manage care plans, and assist with personal and intimate care. We prefer candidates with an SVQ 3 in Social Care or those willing to achieve this qualification. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are necessary for completing mandatory training.
