Due to a recent promotion, we are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our dynamic and growing fully private dental practice situated in Barnet. We take pride in offering a broad range of general and specialist dentistry services along with facial aesthetics to our valued patients. Our state-of-the-art, boutique-style practice is completely paperless with digital x-rays.
You must have a strong proven track record of leading and managing a dental team and be familiar with CQC compliance. Salary is negotiable depending on experience with Incremental pay increases and bonuses.

✓ Minimum 2+ years experience as Dental Practice Manager
✓ Experience Private Dental Practice (Highly Advantageous)
✓ Team Management / Leadership experience
✓ Excellent communication skills
✓ Excellent interpersonal skills
✓ Can-do attitude
✓ Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
