We Care Group is seeking Health Care Assistants for Alt Park Nursing Home in Liverpool. In this role, you will provide personalized care to residents, ensuring they feel secure, dignified, and independent. You will collaborate with fellow Health Care Assistants and engage with residents and their families to maintain the highest standards of care in a supportive and compassionate environment. Responsibilities and Duties of the Job
- To ensure Residents retain their dignity and individuality at all times.
- To assist in the general day-to-day activities within the Home.
- To maintain a safe and secure environment for Residents, staff members and visitors.
- To provide personal care e.g. washing, feeding
- Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by the management
