The Team Administrator role at NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (ICB) involves providing essential administrative and project support to the System Flow & Operations Team. The position focuses on overseeing patient flow and addressing emergent issues within the Integrated Care System (ICS), including both during and outside of standard hours. Key responsibilities include managing the System Control Centre inbox, prioritizing communications, assisting in the creation of Director on-call rotas, and facilitating meetings for the NCL Flow Operations Group by coordinating agendas, venues, and minute-taking.

As a vital member of the team, the post holder will utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with NHS staff and external organisations.
