Belong Chester is seeking a Team Senior Carer for night shifts to join their dedicated team providing person-centered care, particularly for older individuals with dementia. In this role, you will work closely within a small team to deliver essential personal care, manage medication, maintain cleanliness, and support residents in their daily living activities. Your responsibilities will also include updating care plans and stepping in for the Lead Senior Support Worker when necessary.

What you will be doing... You'll be working in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Team Senior Carer (Nights). You will be experienced in caring for the older generation, especially in a dementia setting. This role is ideal for someone with the experience of working in a very small team across a wider area.
You will carry out a variety of duties including:
Personal care
Medication management
Cleaning duties
Dementia care
Deputise for the Lead Senior Support worker
Uploading day to day details on care plans
