Anson McCade is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a hybrid role based in Edinburgh, aimed at individuals ready to start by January. This position involves leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team while collaborating with clients to enhance project delivery through agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will engage with stakeholders to establish project visions, create roadmaps, and prioritize backlogs, all while ensuring the team can focus on their deliveries without distractions.
Candidates should possess strong User-Centered Design (UCD) and agile methodology experience, with current Government Digital Service (GDS) exposure and consultancy experience preferred. Your New Role in a Snapshot:
- Inspiring and guiding your colleagues by supporting them in understanding the client's needs, explaining the broader context and getting buy-in.
- Provide team leadership and protect your team from unwanted distraction where possible, allowing them to focus solely on delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to create a project vision and translate into a roadmap & prioritised backlog.
- Communicating with an extremely diverse group of people, including experts in their field.
- Lead diverse a multidisciplinary team delivering work on behalf of one of our high profile clients
What We Need
- Strong UCD Experience
- Strong Agile Methodology Exposure
- Current GDS Experience
- Consultancy experience is highly preferable
