The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse for the Dermot Murphy Unit in South Manchester. This role involves working within a nurse-led facility that provides continuing healthcare for 22 residents with complex physical health needs, including those recovering from brain injuries or living with progressive diseases. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards nursing in order to help deliver person-centered care in a supportive and home-like environment.
