You will work collaboratively with Merseycare Mental Health Team, Change Grow Live (recovery staff), and HMPPS staff to ensure the best possible care is provided to the patients.

- Providing outstanding quality-based care and patient centred care
- Implementing care packages
- Promoting health and wellbeing
- Support Nursing and Pharmacy teams
- Undertake clinics such as Phlebotomy, ECGs, health and wellbeing and conducting NEWS scores
- Form part of the emergency response team as required.
- Provide patients with social care needs and personal care
