The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a motivated Specialty Doctor in General Surgery to join their established team. The role involves providing surgical services, including inpatient and outpatient care, and participating in a 1:15 on-call rota. Key responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinics, performing surgeries under consultant supervision, managing ward rounds, teaching junior medical staff, and participating in surgical audits. The post holder may need to cover for absent colleagues and perform additional duties in emergencies. Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification is desirable before starting. The Trust is undergoing significant development, including a new hospital project and digital transformation.
