CrossReach is seeking a Support Worker in Edinburgh to empower individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and confidently. In this role, you will provide personalized support, assist with daily tasks such as cooking and personal care, help with accessing education and work opportunities, and promote essential life skills. A caring attitude is essential, and while prior experience in social care is beneficial, it is not required as training will be provided. Candidates should ideally have or be willing to work towards an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care and respect the organisation's Christian ethos.
