The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist for its Harrow CAMHS team, based in Hillingdon. This role is ideal for newly qualified or early career professionals who are dedicated to supporting young people and their families experiencing mental health challenges. The position involves providing specialized psychotherapeutic assessments and interventions as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working autonomously within established service policies, and contributing to service development through research and audits. The post holder will also engage in generic CAMHS assessments and collaborate on care plans, highlighting the importance of psychotherapy within the mental health framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practice, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining close communication with involved parties regarding treatment progress. Qualifications include a master's-level psychotherapy training and the ability to utilize advanced psychotherapeutic methods.
