The role of Patient Care Coordinator at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust involves serving as the primary contact for patients at reception areas and the call center, demonstrating professional and empathetic communication, especially in stressful situations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient data in the electronic patient record (EPR) system, clinical coding, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

The position is based at two locations, 56 Dean Street and Dean Street Express, and involves evening and weekend shifts.
