Hours:
22.5 hours per week (two-week rolling rota, weekend work required)
Experience:
No previous experience required, but a passion for enhancing the lives of others is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Foster independence and promote social inclusion.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address residents' needs.

We provide fun and stimulating activities in a safe and modern environment to help people with learning disabilities develop their life skills and interests. Our dedicated Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator works alongside the care team to help people set and achieve realistic goals, and have fun doing it.
