We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.
We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Riverside Care Home for on a bank contract.
Your main role as a Care Assistant within one of our Homes is to ensure the highest quality, person-centred, care is given to our residents in accordance with their Care Plans. You will assist our residents in all aspects of their care needs whilst maintaining their comfort and dignity and will assure our residents retain their right of choice and remain as independent as possible. No two days will be the same, whether you are assisting with personal care, helping at meal times, getting involved in resident activities and outings or just being a friendly face and a listening pair of ears over a cup of tea, your role will enhance the lives of the residents who live in our Home.
To be successful in this role you will be dedicated to providing the best care and support to the residents in your care. You will be an effective communicator and work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Having your SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
