Royal Sussex County Hospital - Imaging Department
The opportunity has arisen to recruit Band 3 HCAs to join our friendly team in the Interventional Radiology Department in Imaging.
We Have 3 Band 3 Roles
Previous experience in a Radiology Department is desirable but not essential.
Full Time 37.5 hrs/wk between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00. Includes late shifts of 12:00 to 20:00 and weekends. A typical shift would be 7.5 hours or 9.5 hours dependent on your agreed shift pattern.

We Have 3 Band 3 Roles
- Interventional Radiology at Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton.
- Radiology General (which covers CT; MRI; Ultrasound; Fluoroscopy) at Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton.
- CT Department at Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath.
Previous experience in a Radiology Department is desirable but not essential.

- To actively and safely participate as a member of the nursing team and contribute towards the smooth and efficient running of the department, particularly in Ultrasound and Interventional Radiology areas
- To assist the nurses, sonographers and radiologists in giving individualised care to the patients and managing patient flow effectively
- To give excellent service to patients with respect and compassion, supported by effective communication and customer care skills
